IMS is an event company organizing an Art Exhibition to promote the talent of Young Emirati Artists in diverse art forms like paintings, sculptures and photography. Our aims is to cultivate the growth and development of the art scene by offering these opportunities to new, local talent eager to reach an attentive audience.



Young Emiratis will use this platform to represent their expressions through a collection of beautiful imagery reflecting the United Arab Emirates in the eyes of its own people.



Complimenting this exhibition, information sessions will be held at Dubai Mall during the exhibition focused on overall Emirati cultural awareness and understanding. These sessions will be aimed at familiarizing tourists and expatriates with UAE traditions, culture, and overall lifestyle in the past and present.



Young Emarati artists will showcase their talent in public and come up with a minimum of 2-3 work, in any medium. Artists will be allowed to sell their masterpiece at the gallery and IMS will not charge any commission on these sales. We also share 5% from our sponsorship amount with a charitable organization in Dubai.



The exhibition is scheduled as follows:

Date: May 10th & 11, 2012 (Thursday-Friday)

Venue: Dubai Mall

Theme: A Rich History and Great Present



The reason of organizing this exhibition in Dubai Mall is to give maximum exposure to artist and their works as mall traffic gets tripled on the weekends. In this way, we are exposing the artist's work to diverse Mall audience (Local, expatriates, tourists etc.).



We would like you recommend Emarati artists from your art gallery and IMS will nominate the artists based on his previous art assignments.



Participation Conditions:

·         Participating artists must provide IMS with hi-resolution jpegs of the artwork, artist

·         Artwork must be exhibition ready. Artwork size is no bar.

·         Biography and artist photograph required by April 5th, 2012.

·         Chosen artists will participate absolutely free of charge.

·         IMS will charge no commission on the sales of your masterpiece.

·         Deadline to submit artwork is April 25, 2012

·         Artists will collect unsold artwork within 2 days after exhibition.

·         The gallery is not responsible for the delivery and pick up of any artworks
